Given the complaint, different types of testing (i.e. laboratory tests run, saliva hormone tests) will be recommended to ascertain the cause of the problem. Then lifestyle change, nutraceutical recommendations, and/or other guidance will be provided to heal the problem(s).
Ex. Complaint: fatigue. Initial treatment to narrow the possible causes. Testing recommended may include: mold test, salivary hormone test, electrolyte levels, neurotransmitter panel. After test results come back, follow up appointment will be scheduled to recommend treatment(s) to fix the cause.

After hitting burnout in 2020 and clawing my way out of it, I realized I have insight that needed to be shared!

I am a chiropractor by trade, but there is so much more to that than a title. I am called to help others achieve better mental, emotional, AND physical health.
