I am a wife, a mom to animals only for the time being, and I love helping people. I feel called to help others achieve a better state if that is their goal.
I have felt called to shepherd others into a better work-life balance since I began school, in fact. I just wasn’t aware at the time that’s what God was preparing me to do.
After hitting burnout in 2020 and clawing my way out of it, I realized I have insight that needed to be shared!
I am a chiropractor by trade, but there is so much more to that than a title. I am called to help others achieve better mental, emotional, AND physical health.
Services offered include chiropractic adjustments, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, myofascial release, and functional medicine.
